摘要
介绍了一种测量大型回转干燥机[1]水平筒体直线度的测量方法,并给出了数据分析方法。本方法安装测量方便,可以全面、精确地反应出回转干燥机筒体的变形程度,对合理调整工艺参数及滚圈支撑位置、改善筒体的受力状况等提供了一个理论依据,是预防筒体变形开裂、防止托轮轴瓦轴承过热等故障的有效措施。
This thesis introduces a method for straightness measurement of rotary dryer.The method which is convenient for installing and surveying can completely and accurately measure the deformation degree of rotary dryer.It provides the theoretical basis for adjusting technological parameters and positioning the support of rolling rings,improving the stress state of drum and so on.This method is an effective measure to prevent drum cracking and the bearing shell overheating.
