摘要
文章根据吉姆.凯梅尼的租赁住房理论,对目前中国房地产住房市场宏观调控政策实施情况进行分析,提出政府改变住房市场宏观调控思路的建议;并以广东省清远市为例,提出未来三、四线城市住房市场发展建议,为促进我国保障性住房建设目标服务。
Based on the theory of rental housing of Jim Kemeny,this paper analyzes the implementation situation of macro-control policies for housing market;proposes the methods for the government to change the idea of ??macro-control housing market.It also puts forward some suggestions for the future housing market development of tier 3 and 4 cities by taking Qingyuan city of Guangdong province as an example;and serves for promoting the construction of affordable housing.
