高原地区基层官兵脂肪肝、高脂血症高血压相关性分析

Correlation analysis of fatty liver,hyperlipidemia and hypertension in officers and soldiers of plateau area

目的探讨某部官兵健康体检脂肪肝、高脂血症、高血压情况及其相关性。方法收集该院2010年7月基层部队健康体检的资料,共计565例,年龄18～50岁,平均26.83岁,其中男480人,女85人,统计各疾病的检出率。结果脂肪肝、高脂血症、高血压共检出人数105人,其中,男性104人,女性1人,脂肪肝71人,高血脂36人,高血压19人,3种疾病男性检出率高于女性,差异有统计学意义(χ2=15.72,P<0.01),三者之间经Pearson相关分析呈正相关(χ2=14.19,r=0.3181,P=0.007)。结论脂肪肝、高血脂、高血压检出率男性高于女性,随年龄增加3种疾病检出率呈上升趋势,而且三者之间呈正相关。

[Objective] To study the status and correlation of fatty liver, hyper]ipidemia, hypertension in officers and soldiers. [Methods] 565 cases of officers and soldiers who came to take part in healthy exami nation data in July 2010, a total of, aged 18 to 50 years, average age 26.83 .years, 480 cases in male, 85 in female, the disease detection rate was gather statistics. [Results] 105 eases were detected in fatty liver, hyperlipidemia and hypertension, of which 104 males, 1 female, 71 fatty liver, 36 hyperlipidemia, 19 hypertension, in three diseases, the detection rate of men was higher than that of women, the difference was statistically significant （X2=15.72, P〈0.01）, there was a positive correlation in the three diseases by Pearson correlation analysis （X2=14.19, r=0.3181, P=0.007）. [Conclusion] The detection rate of men was higher than that of women in fatty liver, hyperlipidemia and hypertension, the three diseases is increased with age and a positive correlation between the three.
