摘要
对调研资料所作的实证分析表明,志愿服务协议签订、志愿者培训、志愿服务内容、志愿者个人费用补偿等几个方面都显示我国志愿者管理中存在严重问题,这些问题的存在不仅会影响志愿者对其服务组织的满意度评价,而且还会直接影响志愿者参与志愿服务的积极性。加强和规范志愿者管理工作,直接关系到我国志愿服务事业的深化和发展。
By using the empirical data collected in 2010, this article reveals some serious problems of volunteer management in terms of voluntary agreement, volunteer training, the content of volunteer service and costs compensation of volunteers in contemporary China. The paper shows that these existing problems will not only influence the evaluation of volunteers on the organizations they served, but will affect the initiative of volunteers' involvement in voluntary service. Improving and standardizing the volunteer management directly concerns the expanding and deepening of China's voluntary service.
