微波消解-石墨炉原子吸收光谱法检测卷烟纸中铅的含量 被引量:8

摘要 为了建立检测卷烟纸中铅含量的微波消解-石墨炉原子吸收光谱方法,考察了测试样品的用量、消解剂组成、灰化温度、原子化温度及基体改进剂的影响,确定的优化检测条件为:4mL硝酸+2mL过氧化氢+2mL高纯水作为消解剂,在8mL消解液中加入卷烟纸的质量为0.3000g,灰化温度、原子化温度、基体改进剂分别为700℃,1900℃和0.10g/L磷酸二氢铵。在优选的实验条件下,方法的检出限和相对标准偏差分别为0.471μg/L和1.04%,4种卷烟纸的加标回收率范围在97.8%~105.7%之间。该方法简便、准确、灵敏度高、重复性好、回收率高,适合于卷烟纸中铅的测定。 A method for determining the lead content in cigarette paper with microwave digestion-graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry was developed. Some process variables, including quantities of sample, the composition of digestion agent, ashing temperature, atomizing temperature and matrix modifier were optimized as follows: 4 mL of nitric acid at the concentration of 65%, 2 mL of hydrogen peroxide, and 2 mL of high purity water were used as the digestion agent for 0.3000 g of cigarette paper in the presence of microwave irradiation. And the ashing temperature, atomizing temperature and matrix modifier applied were 700, 1900 ~C and 0.10 g/L of ammonium dihydrogen phosphate, respectively. Under the optimum conditions, the detection limit and relative standard deviations were 0.471 μg/L and 1.04%, respectively. The recoveries of 4 kinds of cigarette paper ranged from 97.8% to 105.7%. This method is simple and accurate, features higher sensitivity and recovery and good repeatability, and is suitable for determining the lead content in cigarette paper.
