套袋对黄冠梨果实中多糖和脂类分布的影响 被引量:4

摘要 以黄冠梨为试材,研究套袋果实生长发育过程中多糖和脂类的分布及其与花斑病发生的关系。结果表明,黄冠梨果实多糖主要分布表皮细胞层、单宁细胞层以及石细胞中,果肉的薄壁细胞中分布较少。随着果实生长发育,果实中多糖逐渐增多,花后70 d染色最深,随后又逐渐减少。果实中脂类主要分布在角质层、单宁细胞层和薄壁细胞,并随果实发育,角质层和单宁细胞层变薄,但染色程度变化不明显,而果肉的薄壁细胞染色越来越浅。套白袋和套3层袋的果实中多糖和脂类分布和变化与未套袋果实一致,但较未套袋果实染色浅,且3层袋果实染色最浅。套白袋和套3层袋果实的花斑病发生率分别为5.5%和22.5%,均高于未套袋果实。研究结果说明,套袋影响了果实发育过程中多糖和脂类的积累,这些物质含量的减少与果实花斑病的发生有密切的关系。 Distribution of polysaecharide and lipid in fruit bagged with white one-layer and three-layer bag was observed, and its relationship with browning spot of Huangguan pear was explored as well. The results showed that: polysaceharide in fruit mainly distributed in epidermal cells, tannin layer and stone cells, and showed a little in parenchyma cell wall. The staining of polysaecharide in fruit gradually increased with fruit development, showed the heaviest at 70 days after full bloom, and then decreased. Lipid in fruit mainly distributed in cuticle, tannin layer and parenehyma cells. The cuticle and tannin layel thickness gradually became thin, but no obvious change on the staining of lipid in cuticle and tannins layer was observed during fruit development. The staining of lipid in parenehyma cell became light. The distribution and change trend of polysaeeharide and lipid in bagged fruit were essentially consistent with those in non-bagged fruit, but the staining of polysaeeharide and lipid in bagged fruit was much lighter than that of non-bagged fruit, and the staining of polysaecharide in fruit bagged with three layer bag was much lighter than that in fruit bagged with white one-layer bag from 80 days after full bloom. The rate of browning spot of fruit bagged in white one-layer and three-layer bag were 5.5% and 22.5% respectively, more than that of non bagged fruit. The data suggested that fruit bagging affected accumulation of polysae- charide and lipid, and there was close relationship between the decrease of polysaccharide and lipid and occurrence of browning spot.
