摘要
江苏省卫生厅直属事业单位按照国家统一部署,积极行动,从实际出发,自2006年起在部分单位试行公开招聘工作,并在2007年全面推开,拓宽了事业单位的选人渠道,保证了新进人员的素质,强化了政府对人事管理的领导和监督,维护了社会公平,得到了用人单位和社会的普遍认可,取得了显著成效,并为公开招聘工作在卫生系统中稳步推进积累了重要的经验。
In accordance with the national unified arrangements,public institutions directly supervised by Jiangsu Province Health Bureau have taken realistically and positive actions to carry out open recruitment. Some of the institutions tried out the open recruitment since 2006 ,and all institutions carried out the open recruitment in 2007 ,which widened the channels of recruitment candidates, ensured the quality of the new employees, strengthened the government functions of personnel management and supervision, maintained the social justice, was widely recognized by the employing unit and the society, made remarkable achievement, and accumulated important experiences that make open recruitment steadily pushed forward in health system.
