摘要
利用光学显微镜和扫描电镜对75 t/h CFB高压锅炉损伤的过热器管断口及组织进行了观察及分析。结果表明,过热器断裂原因是管壁局部超高温氧化和管壁非正常减薄,导致热强度性能降低,最终破损断裂。
The fracture and microstructure of 75/h CFB high-pressure boiler superheated tube were observed and analyzed by microscope and scanning electron microscope.The results show that the local superheated tube wall had been undergone ultra-high temperature oxidation and abnormally thinned,and this resulted in decrease of the thermal strength properties and led to fracture of the high-pressure boiler superheated tube.
