略论公共危机预警系统的构建

On the Construction of the Warning System of Public Crisis

我国现阶段处于危机事件的多发期。如何有效应对这些危机事件是一个迫切需要解决的现实问题。目前我国对重大危机的处置还存在诸多问题,与发达国家相比差距十分明显。因此,我们要认真总结以往处理突发性危机事件的经验教训,借鉴国外危机处理管理的成功做法,构建我国特色的、科学的公共危机管理预警机制。

There is a tendency of more public crisis in the period and it is necessary to establish the warning system to deal with the problem. There are many problems in the warning system of public crisis in China. We should learn lessons from foreign countries, get experiences from previous events and construct one scientific warning system of public crisis with Chinese characteristics.
