摘要
文章采用调查法探寻影响用户可信性评估的因素以及不同协作参与度的用户群之间评估意识和行为的差异。通过对两组受试者的调研结果分析,得出的结论是:用户协作参与度越高,则用户对开放内容的可信评估意识越高,评估行为也更趋向于理性。最后从社区、内容生产者、内容线索和用户个体特征四个方面构建了用户对开放内容可信性的评估模型。
The paper uses survey method to explore the factors influencing the credibility assessment and the difference of evaluation awareness and behavior between the two types of user groups different in collaborative participation degree. Major conclusions from the results include : the higher degree users take part in collaboration, the higher degree of users' awareness in credibility assessment of open content. Lastly an evaluation model is put forward from four aspects of community, content creator, content clue and individual characters.
