摘要
针对知识管理领域的核心问题——企业如何实现知识创新,文章首先考察核心能力的源泉,得出"包含有隐性知识的组织专有知识才是组织获取竞争优势的关键所在"的重要结论,由此对知识类型进行划分。然后,文章在分析创新本体的基础上,探索知识创新的模式,以期证明:企业是通过知识转化的双循环实现知识创新,从而达到核心能力的提升。
According to "a company how to create knowledge", the core topic of knowledge management, this paper firstly surveys the origin of core competence, and concludes that firm - specific knowledge containing tacit knowledge is the key of organization' s competitive advantage, which deduces the types of knowledge. Then, based on the analysis of the object of creation, the paper explores the model of knowledge creation, in order to prove that a company creates knowledge by two - circulation of knowledge conversion to improve its core competence.
