文章探讨了地理信息再利用的内涵,对欧盟地理信息再利用的有效实践进行了系统考察和研究,在此基础上提出中国的地理信息开发应借鉴欧盟的成熟经验,通过制定专项法规政策,加快地理信息基础框架建设,完善再利用版权许可模式,重视定价策略以促进地理信息的深度开发利用。

This paper discusses the connotation of re - use of geographical information, studies systematically good practices of re - use of geographical information in European Union. Taking the experience of European Union as reference, proposes that Chinese government should constitute specific regulations and policies, speed up the basic framework for building geographic information, perfect copyright licensing model and pay attention to pricing strategy, in order to encourage the re - use of geographical information.
