摘要 文中通过对微油汽化小油枪点火技术原理的介绍,以及哈尔滨发电有限公司#2锅炉安装微油点火系统前后经济效益的对比,阐述了微油汽化小油枪点火技术作为一种新型节油技术,在锅炉启、停及低负荷稳燃期间,节油率在85%以上,具有良好的经济性及环保性,值得在电站锅炉及大型工业锅炉中推广应用。 It is based on the micro oil gasification small oil gun ignition technology introduce the principle, as well as the Harbin Power Comparby Limited #2 boiler installed micro oil ignition system and the contrast of economic benefits, elaborated the micro oil gasification small oil gun ignition technology as a new type of oil saving technology, in the boiler to start, stop and low load stable combustion, oil saving rate in 85% above, have good economic and environmental friendly, is worth in power boiler and its application in large industrial boiler.
