摘要
以济钢焦化产线为例,提出了低碳、绿色焦化发展模式,综述了近年来济钢煤焦和化产系统开发应用的节能减排技术,如大型室内煤库储配一体化工艺、炼焦煤气流调湿分级一体化技术、煤尘的资源化高效回收利用技术以及负压脱硫技术、化产零蒸汽生产技术、CO2分解酚钠盐技术等,济钢焦化工序能耗降至85.89kg标煤/t。同时指出了荒煤气余热利用、苯萃取精馏技术等低碳、绿色焦化产线技术开发方向。
This article took Jinan Steel's coking production line as an example and put forward a low carbon-green coking development model.It reviewed the recent energy-saving and environmental protection technologies developed and applied by Jinan Steel in coal-coke and chemical production systems,such as large indoor coal bunker-storage and distribution integration process,humidifying and grading integration technology of coking gas,coal dust recycling and efficient resource recovery technology,depression desulfurization technology,distillation without steam technology and CO 2 decomposition technology of sodium phenolate.The energy consumption of Jinan Steel's coking process reduced to 85.89 kg standard coal per ton coke.At the same time,it pointed out that the waste heat recovery of raw coke oven gas,benzene extractive distillation technology and so on are development direction.
