Improvement and Analysis on Iron Making System Technology in Jinan Steel

回顾了近年来济钢以铁前系统结构优化、降低生铁成本为核心开展的一系列创新性工作,总结了济钢围绕经济料生产模式的开发及应用所开展的一系列技术工作,介绍了济钢在高Al2O3含量炉渣冶炼、高炉喷吹、中心加焦等方面开发关键技术的进展情况及应用效果。

This article reviewed a series of innovative works developed by Jinan Steel that take structure optimization of preparation system for ironmaking and reducing pig iron cost as center.It summarized the technology improvements surrounding the development and application of the production mode by economic materials and introduced the advance and practice of the key technologies,such as iron making in high aluminous slag,coal powder injection,charging bulk coke at center.
