摘要
莱钢1880m3高炉通过改进喷枪系统,杜绝了管道堵塞问题,最大喷吹量达到50t/h;通过加强原燃料管理,实施多环布料技术,优化下部送风制度等,增强了炉况稳定性,提高了高炉接受高煤比的能力;同时使用高风温并降低休风率。煤比达到了170kg/t以上,入炉焦比降至350kg/t以下,利用系数达到2.6t(/m·3d)以上。
Through improving the spray gun system,putting end to the pipeline blockage problem and the most blowing quantity reached 50 t/h. By strengthening the management for raw material and fuel,implementing multi-ring burden distribution technology,optimizing the lower blast system and so on,the stability of Laiwu Steel's 1 880 m3 BF furnace conditions was enhanced and the ability to accept high coal ratio was improved. At same time,using high blast temperature and decreasing downtime,the coal ratio reached 170 kg/t above,the charge coke rate reduced to 330 kg/t below and the productivity was 2.6 t/(m·3d) above.
