莱钢3~# 1080m^3高炉炉缸更换冷却壁实践

Replacing Practice of the Hearth Cooling Staves in Laiwu Steel's No.3 1080m^3 BF

为解决莱钢3#1080m3高炉铁口区门型冷却壁漏水情况,2011年3月采用焖炉方式进行年修,通过利用合理的冷却壁拆除、安装和密封方案及炉缸保水冷却、实时测温手段,成功更换了铁口区冷却壁和炉皮,消除了炉缸烧穿的隐患。

In order to solve the water leakage situation of the door-type cooling staves in the taphole zone of Laiwu Steel＇s No.3 1 080 m3 BF,annual overhaul by banking manner was made in March 2011. Through the use of reasonable cooling walls demolished,installation and sealing solutions,and implementation of the hearth cooling,real-time temperature measurement means,the iron notch cooling walls and shell of blast furnace were successfully replaced. After replacement,the overall effect was good,eliminating the accident potential of the hearth breakout.
