摘要
通过化学成分设计、轧制工艺和水冷工艺的优化,济钢开发了345MPa级低合金钢柔性制造技术,采用同一种化学成分的钢坯轧制出了不同性能要求的产品,满足了订单的个性化要求,减轻了排产的难度和炼钢工序的生产难度,大大缩短了生产周期。
Through the optimization of chemical composition design,rolling process and water-cooling process,Jinan Steel developed the flexible manufacturing technology for 345 MPa grade low-alloy steel. The products with different properties were rolled by the billets with same chemical composition,satisfying individuation demands of order forms,relieving the difficulty of production plan schedule and the production difficulty in steelmaking procedure and shorten the production cycle greatly.
