摘要
山东寿光巨能特钢有限公司通过加强电炉终点碳的控制,出钢过程强预脱氧,合理的氩气搅拌,控制出钢过程下渣量,调整精炼炉渣系,控制钢中铝含量,VD真空冶炼,连铸全程保护浇注等一系列措施,轴承钢材中的全氧含量控制为(8~12)×10-6,提高了钢材的洁净度。
Through the strengthening the process control for EAF end point carbon,preliminary elimination of oxygen in tapping process and reasonable argon stirring,controlling slag quantity during tapping,adjusting the slag system for refiner furnace,controlling the aluminum content in the steel,VD furnace vacuum smelting,protection casting whole casting course and other measures in Shandong Shouguang Juneng Special Steel Co.,Ltd.,the total oxygen content in bearing steel was controlled between 8× 10-6 and 12×10-6,improving the cleanliness of the steel.
