摘要
山东耐火公司研制出高温蠕变率低、荷重软化点高及热震稳定性好的低蠕变莫来石砖,该制品以莫来石为骨料,添加适量刚玉细粉和硅石细粉,经高温烧成后骨料形成了莫来石骨架,所添加的刚玉细粉和硅石细粉的莫来石化形成莫来石矿相,填充于莫来石骨架之间,增强了制品的抗高温蠕变性能。
Shandong Refractory Co.,Ltd. developed low creep mullite bricks with low high temperature creep rate,high load softening point and excellent thermal shock stability. The products used the mullite as aggregate adding corundum powder and silica powder. The aggregate formed the skeleton of the mullite after sintering at high temperature. The mullitization of the added the corundum powder and silica powder formed mullite mineral phase,which fills in the mullite skeleton and enhances the products of high temperature creep property.
