Improving Equipment Management Level by ERP and PTS Platform

济钢炼铁厂工艺设备复杂,物资实行区域式分散管理,仓库储备量大,积压物资过多,造成费用超支。2010年,借整合之机,打破区域界限,实行统筹管理。应用ERP和PTS等先进的管理技术,管理采用集中式、通过源头计划控制、ERP计划传输、物资出入库及PTS费用管理、多种供应模式的综合应用等系列措施,实现了炼铁厂物资供应的精细化管理,降低了炼铁生产成本,减少了库存物资,实现了信息共享。

Process equipment was complex in the Iron-making Plant of Jinan Steel. Material was separately managed by oneself in area before iron-making factory was united. Expenses were overspend because great storage and overfull overstocking material. After iron-making factory was united,the area limit was broken. Management in plan as a whole was put into practice. The management techniques were applied,such as ERP and PTS etc. Centralized management was adopted. Subtle management was realized in the Iron-making Plant of Jinan Steel by headstream plan control,ERP plan transmission,material in and out storeroom management,PTS expenses management,multi-supply style integrated apply. Iron-making cost and material storage decreased. Information sharingrealized.
