几种水产品中无色孔雀石绿残留量的测定 被引量:3

摘要 采用HPLC荧光检测法测定了鳕鱼、沙虾、海水蟹、美国红鱼和南美白对虾中无色孔雀石绿的残留量,采用C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,用乙腈和乙酸铵缓冲溶液(0.125 mol/L,pH 4.5)80∶20为流动相,在激发波长265 nm,发射波长360 nm处测定无色孔雀石绿残留量,标准线性关系良好y=372.1027x+0.0666,R2=0.9999。检出限<0.5μg/kg,分析时间为10 min,无色孔雀石绿保留时间为8.950。结果在美国红鱼和南美白对虾均有检出,为2.23μg/kg和2.12μg/kg,表明海水养殖中有使用孔雀石绿情况,有关部门应加强监管力度。 The residues of leucomalachite green in cod,shrimp,sea crab,American redfish and South-American white prawn were determined by HPLC to ensure the safety in aquatic products.The HPLC conditions were as follows: C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) column,mobile phase: acetonitrile: ammonium acetate buffer solution(0.125 mol/L,pH 4.5) as 80:20;265 nm of excitation wavelength,and 360 nm of emission wavelength.In the method applied,standard linear equation was obtained y=372.1027x+0.0666 with 0.9999 of R2 value,8.950 min of retention time and the detection limit,which was lower than 0.5 μg/kg.Based on the method,certain amount of residues were determined only in American redfish and South-American white prawn as 2.23 μg/kg,2.12 μg/kg,respectively.It implied that Malachite Green was still used in mariculture,which should be alerted and the government should take measures to ensure the safety of aquatic products.
