合成气化工过程的可持续性分析

摘要 从热力学角度分析化工过程的可持续性。应用?效率指标建立可持续性评价体系,以期对不同过程方案的可持续性指标进行定量评价。建立基于模拟软件的过程分析框架,为过程优化和过程筛选提供决策支持。以合成气过程为例,探讨凯洛格天然气蒸汽转化、壳牌粉煤气化和壳牌渣油气化三种合成气过程方案的可持续性。 Based on the principles of thermodynamics,sustainability analysis of chemical processes became an essential research area of process systems engineering.The aim of this work was to present the sustainability indicators and a supporting tool for its quantitative analysis.Based on exergy efficiency,the evaluation methods of sustainability indicators were introduced.The framework of sustainability analysis based on Aspen Plus simulator and Microsoft Excel is proposed.Three types of syngas production processes,including Kellogg natural gas steam conversion process,Shell pulverized coal gasification process,and Shell residual oil gasification process,were presented to illustrate the proposed framework.
