摘要
改善轿车发动机活塞销孔组件的配合间隙是延长发动机使用寿命、避免振动和降低磨损的有效措施。利用大型三维软件Pro/Engineer建立某轿车发动机活塞销孔组件的三维数值模型,基于结构材料学和热应力理论,得到了简化的内外双厚壁圆筒组合模型。依据材料ZL109和20Cr的物理性能对该发动机活塞销孔组件进行优化分析,通过与实际装配间隙进行对比可知,目前的装配间隙偏大,可适当减少。
To improve engine piston-pin bore component's fitting clearance is an effective measure to prolong engine life, avoid vibration and reduce wear. The 3-D numerical model of a cellain engine piston-pin bore component were established by 3-D software Pro/e, the simplified thick wall cylinder combination model for double is obtained based on the structural material and the thermal stress theory. Engine piston-pin bore component is optimized based on physical properties of 20Cr and ZIA09. It is known that assembly clearance is a little big and it can be reduced appropriately by compared with the actual assembly clearance.
