摘要
汽车造型设计实物验证是汽车开发流程中重要的内容。文章概述了目前汽车造型设计实物验证模型制作过程中的材料应用情况,分析了应用在实物验证模型中各主流材料的加工特性及其在具体模型制作过程中的优缺点,阐述了如何针对不同开发阶段汽车造型验证模型制作的要求和特点,合理选择正确的材料应用于验证模型和样件的制作,以最低的成本和最环保的方式获得最佳的效果。
Physical validation of automotive styling design is an important content in automotive development process, The application of physical validation model of automotive styling design is summarized. The processing characteristics of popular materials used in physical validation model and its advantages and disadvantages in model manufacturing are explained. Aimed at manufacturing requirements and characteristics of validation model of automotive styling in different development phase, this paper discusses how to make the correct choice of material applied in validation model and sample manufacturing. And the best effect is gained with the lowest cost and environmental protection mode.
