注浆堵水技术在石槽村煤矿副立井施工中的应用 被引量:18

摘要 为合理解决石槽村煤矿副立井井筒施工中穿含水层问题,为井筒施工创造有利条件,应用定向钻井和综合注浆技术,井筒施工前对地面预注浆过程采用S孔定向钻井,通过设置合理的技术参数,应用合理的注浆工艺、注浆材料及注浆设备,使注浆和井筒掘砌同时进行。工程实践表明:12个强含水层总涌水量从391 m3/h减小到5.7 m3/h,实现了打干井的目的,堵水效果明显。 In order to rationally solve the problem of the mine auxiliary shaft sinking passing through an aquifer in Shicaocun Mine and to provide the favorable construction conditions for the mine shaft sinking,the directional drilling and comprehensive grouting technology was applied to the S borehole directional drilling for the surface pre-grouting process before the mine shaft sinking operation.With the rational technical parameters set up,the application of the rational grouting technology,the grouting material and the grouting equipment could make the grouting operation and the mine shaft sinking operation simultaneously.The project practices showed that the total water inrush value from 12 aquifers was reduced from 391 m3/h to 5.7 m3/h.A dry shaft sinking target was reached and the water sealing effect was obvious.
