Rice black-streaked dwarf,commonly known as dwarf-rice disease caused by virus which was transmitted by Laodelphax striatellus.Recently,the disease has seriously effected on rice in Peixian.This paper put forward the comprehensive controlling measures to rice black-streaked dwarf.based on analyzing the main causes of the disease.
