"Working-model" curriculum:definition of the connotation and the characteristics

摘要 "上班式"课程是北京财贸职业学院推行工学结合、突出实践能力培养的一项课程改革与探索。它以"干中学"作为逻辑起点和内在框架,突出了财经类专业课程结构与服务业职业结构互动互促的特点。本文通过界定"上班式"课程内涵与特征,揭示了这一课程对传统课程理论所作的突破与超越,打开了财经类高职教育人才培养的新思路。 "Working-model" curriculum is implemented by Beijing Vocational College of Finance and Commerce as a curriculum reform and exploration. It regards "learn from working" as its logical starting point and inner frame, highlighting the interactive characteristics of curriculum structure and career structure. Through defining the connotation and the characteristics of "working-model" curriculum, the paper reveals the breakthrough and beyond in traditional curriculum theory, and opens the new idea of talent cultivating in high vocational education.
