摘要
近年来,随着我国互联网网民数量的增加,我国B2C电子商务发展迅速,网络购物市场交易规模也达到了空前的水平。在欣欣向荣的表象背后,一些潜在的问题陆续出现,很多企业在战略、运营体制、网络技术方面存在着各种缺陷。我国B2C企业要在充分了解这一新型行业的基础上,通过对企业战略的规划、运营体制的创新、支撑系统的巩固、组织体系的提升各方面深入分析,探究出一条长久稳定的经营之道。
In recent years, with the increase in the number of Internet users in China, the B2C e-commerce develops rapidly, the market size of online shopping is also up to an unprecedented level. Behind the booming phenomenon, more and more potential problems start to appear, there are various defects on the aspect of strategy, operation system, network technology and so on. China' s B2C enterprises should fully understand the new industry firstly, and then make the plan of corporate strategy, innovate the operation system, consolidate the support system, enhance the organization system, so as to explore out a long - term stable way of business.
