柏叶口水库泄洪发电洞优化设计

摘要 泄洪发电洞是柏叶口水库枢纽的重要组成部分。该隧洞原设计方案存在进口高程低、进出口开挖量大,隧洞纵坡变化多等问题。针对存在的问题,经过充分论证分析,将该洞进口底高程抬高,全洞采用同一坡度,将该洞进出口分别向外延伸,增加隧洞长度,以减少进出口开挖量,节省了工程投资456万余元。 A spillway-hydropower tunnel is one of the main component buildings in Baiyekou Reservoir.But there are some problems in this tunnel's preliminary design.They are(1)The elevation of tunnel's inlet bottom is somewhat low,(2)The construction quantity of tunnel's inlet and outlet is quite big,(3)Tunnel's longitudinal slops change along the tunnel line several times.In view of these existing problems,and through sufficiently demonstrating and analyzing,the elevation of tunnel's inlet bottom is raised,an identical slope is adopted in whole tunnel,its inlet reach and outlet reach are extended toward upstream and downstream respectively.Although the tunnel's length is increased,but the excavation quantity of inlet and outlet is decreased.So that the saved construction cost reaches about 4.56 million yuan.
