微囊藻毒素对鱼类致毒效应的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 综述了微囊藻毒素对鱼类的致毒效应,微囊藻毒素不仅损害肝脏,还可导致其他组织(肾脏、心脏、脑、腮等)病变。另外还能引起机体的氧化损伤和血清酶的改变。微囊藻毒素对鱼类致毒机理可能是抑制蛋白磷酸酶的活性和造成氧化损伤。 The intoxication effect of the microcystins on the fishes is reviewed in this paper.MC not only damage the liver,but also lead to the pathological changes of other tissues such as kidney,heart,brain,gill and so on.It can also lead to oxidation damage and the change of seroenzyme.MC inhibit the protein phosphatase and lead to oxidation damage,which are maybe the mechanism of the intoxication of MC on the fishes.
