摘要
五寨县地处晋西北山区,降水量时空分布不均,暴雨频繁,常因暴雨产生山洪,使许多基础设施遭到破坏,对人民生命财产安全构成极大的损害和威胁。采取非工程措施科学防治山洪灾害,对五寨县经济社会可持续发展将起到积极的作用。
The Wuzhai County is located in northwest mountain area of Shanxi,the time-space distribution of precipitation is not unifom.Storms are frequent here.Due to storm the torrential flood usually occurs,and it leads to destroy of many infrastuctures and seriously threatens the security of people＇s life and property.Adoping nonstructural measures to prevent torrential flood disaster can play active role for sustainable development of economical society of Wuzhai County.
