睾丸扭转的早期诊断和治疗

Diagnosis and Treatment of Early Testicular Torsion

目的提高睾丸扭转的早期诊治水平。方法回顾性分析本院2001年4月至2011年5川得到早期诊断和治疗的12例睾丸扭转患者的临床资料。平均年龄21（14～28）岁.发病至确诊时间2～6h，平均4．5h。12例发病时均有睾丸剧烈疼痛症状。12例均表现患侧精索异常。12例均行彩超检查，11例显示血流消失或减少。结果12例均在发病后10小时内手术复位。结论早期睾丸扭转诊断应重视精索的检查，精索异常是最主要的特征，彩超是最重要的辅助检查且有诊断价值。

Objectives To improve the levels of diagnosis amt treatment of early testicular torsion. Methods The clinical data of 12 cases of early testicular torsions from April 2001 to May 2011 were summarized and analyzed. The mean age of patients was 21 years （ range 14-28 ）. The duration between the onset and definite diagnosis varied from 2 to 6 hours, averaging 4.5 hours, all the 12 cases had the clinical symptom of severe testicular pain and their＇s spermatie cords of the diseased side were unusual. All patients had been examined by color Doppler ultrasound which showed that the blood supply in testis was reduced clearly or disppeared in 11 cases. Results All patients wen undergone surgical detorsion and nrchidopexy within 10 hours from attaek time. Conclusions We pain much attention to check the spermatic cord ,The unusual expression of the spermatic cord is the main characteristic of early Testicular torsion. Color Doppler ultrasonography is the most important auxiliary method for the diagnosis of early testicular torsion .
