中西药联合治疗慢性盆腔炎临床分析

Analysis of treatment of chronic pelvic inflammation by combination of Traditional Chinese and Western medicine

目的探讨中西药联合治疗慢性盆腔炎(CPID)临床效果。方法 150例符合慢性盆腔炎中医辨证患者随机分为3组:中药治疗组(30人),西药治疗组(30人)和联合治疗组(90人),西药治疗组服用甲磺酸帕珠沙星,中药治疗组根据症型服用方剂,联合治疗组用药为中西药联合。结果 CPID患者中联合治疗组患者治疗总有效率明显高于其他2组,疗程结束后症状改善情况也优于单药治疗组。CPID患者复发率及受孕率较西药治疗组、中药治疗组都有改善。结论中西医结合治疗CPID提高疗效,改善症状,且复发率低,并能提高不孕患者的受孕率。

Objective To study the effect of combination of Chinese and Western medicine on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease （CPID）. Methods Totally 150 cases of chronic pelvic inflamma- tory disease consistent with TCM were randomly divided into three groups：traditional Chinese group （30 cases）, western medicine group （30 cases） and the combined treatment group （90 cases）, western medicine group were treated with Pazufloxacin mesylate, the traditional Chinese medicine group taking prescription medicine according to disease type, the combined treatment group received medi- cine based on the both. Results CPID combination therapy in patients with total effective rate in pa- tients,which was significantly higher than thaot of the other two groups, and symptoms of which after treatment was better than single drug treatment group. CPID improved the relapse rate and pregnancy rate compared to western medicine and Chinese medicine treatment group. Conclusion Combined methods of treatment of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in CPID, can not only improve the symptoms and recurrence rate, but also improve the pregnancy rate in patients with infertility.
