物流实验教学团队成员的依存与共进

Discuss about the dependency and improvement of team members in experimental teaching

从物流实验教学团队成员的构成、团队群体与个体间的关系以及团队成员间的关系入手,围绕团队氛围对实验教学改革绩效的影响、个体成员对实验教学改革的影响进行探讨的基础上,提出了促进团队成员彼此依存共进的具体措施。

Specific measurements are proposed to promote the progress of the dependency of the team members in experimental teaching.This paper starts with the composition of the team members,the relation between groups and individuals of the team,and relationship among the team members in experimental teaching.At the same time,the effects of the team work environment and individual members of the teams to the experimental teaching reformation performance are discussed in this paper.
