摘要 针对火电厂选址的特点,提出了由经济性指标、技术性指标、社会性指标、环保性指标构成的火电厂选址综合评价指标体系,并细分各指标的子因素。在此基础上,建立了基于向量空间模型的火电厂选址最优决策模型。引入熵理论确定各指标的权重系数,有效地摆脱了权重取值的主观性。在高维空间中,定义指标有向线段和理想指标有向线段。通过对待选方案对应的指标有向线段和理想方案对应的理想指标有向线段之间的夹角余弦值进行比较分析,得到综合效益最佳的优化决策方案。算例分析,验证了该方法的有效性和可行性。 According to the characteristics of the site selection for thermal power plant, the comprehensive indexes system composed of the economic indexes, the technical indexes, the social indexes and the environmental indexes is proposed. Then sub-factors of each index can be subdivided. On this basis, optimal decisions model for a site selection of thermal power plants based on vector space model is established. Entropy theory is introduced to determine the weight coefficients of indexes, which gets rid of the subjectivity in weight evaluation effectively. In the high-dimensional space, the indexes directed line segment and ideal directed line segment are defined. By comparing the cosine value between directed line segment for each scheme and ideal directed line segment for ideal scheme, the optimum scheme is obtained. The feasibility and effectiveness of the method are verified by results of actual example.
