摘要
为了保障电力系统安全稳定运行,设计和开发了在线操作前安全校核系统。首先从工程实用性角度,分析了该系统设计目标;然后介绍了系统设计框架:包括系统模块划分和功能定位、各个模块之间的相互关系及数据交互;最后介绍了基于量化分析理论的安全校核和辅助决策并行计算技术,以及在系统实现过程中为了提高计算效率的预想故障筛选原则和网络薄弱性分析等关键技术。通过开发该系统,可以在线模拟调度操作,并获得调度操作下电网的安全稳定性及辅助决策建议。在实际电网的应用验证了系统设计的实用性和有效性。
Online pre-operation security checking system is designed in order to insure the security and stability of power system. Firstly, system designing objectives are analyzed from the angle of engineering practicability. Based on which, designing framework is presented, including interface with other systems, composed modules of this system and their functions, interactions, etc. Then, key technologies are introduced, including security checking and auxiliary decision-making technologies based on quantitative analysis theory, contingency screening rules put forward to improve computational efficiency in the process of system implementation, and vulnerability analysis of power grid, and so on. Through this system, dispatcher can imitate operation online, gain the security and stability of power system and the auxiliary decision-making proposals. Industrial applications confirm the practicability and validity of system design.
