摘要
输电网规划是电力市场研究领域的一个重要组成部分,对输电网规划的一些常见数学模型和各种解算方法进行了全面的综述。这些解算方法主要集中于数学优化方法和启发式优化方法,其中启发式优化方法包括遗传算法、禁忌搜索算法、模拟退火算法、蚁群算法、粒子群算法、人工鱼群算法等算法。对各种模型和解算方法的优缺点和适用范围进行了评价,并对大规模输电网规划研究中已出现及可能出现的情况:直流系统嵌入交流系统的交直流混联输电系统、特高压大电网的规划等方面应考虑的问题进行了介绍。在此基础上提出了今后输电网优化规划的研究方向。
Transmission network planning plays a critical role in the electricity market research field. Several stochastic mathematical models and the solving algorithms in transmission network planning problem are surveyed comprehensively in this paper. The algorithms may be divided into mathematical optimization method and heuristic algorithm optimization method. The heuristic algorithm includes genetic algorithm, tabu search, simulated annealing, ant colony optimization, particle swarm optimization artificial fish school algorithm, etc. The paper compares and contrasts advantages and disadvantages and the applicable range of each model and algorithm. Finally, research tasks in this domain and the possible conditions are proposed, such as AC/DC hybrid transmission systems, large ultra-high voltage (UHV) electric power grid planning and so on. The trends of research in transmission network planning are also proposed.
