摘要
为了提高葡萄嫁接的速度和嫁接成活率,改变传统的人工嫁接的落后生产方式,在消化吸收国外嫁接机技术的基础上,根据我国葡萄嫁接的农艺要求,研制了PJJ-50型葡萄嫁接机。该机可以一次性完成砧木与穗木嫁接的全部过程,每日可嫁接葡萄5千多株,比人工作业效率提高了15~20倍,成活率达到85%以上,为葡萄工厂化育苗提供了一种新型的生产机具。
To increase the grape grafting speed and grape survival rate, change the backward production method of traditional manual grafting, on the basis of absorbing overseas grafting technology, according to the farm technology requirement of grape grafting in China, model PJJ-50 grape grafting machine is developed. It can finish the whole procedure of grafting by one time, which can graft more than 5000 grapes every day, 15-20 times improved than manual work efficiency, with the survival rate over 85%, which provides a new kind of production implement for grape industrialized seedlings.
