摘要
车身设计是汽车开发的关键步骤,而曲面特征消失现象在车身曲面设计中是普遍存在的,采用恰当处理方法,对快速高质量的完成车身开发具有重要的意义。介绍了Bézier曲面连续性条件和曲面特征消失的概念;总结了在车身曲面设计中曲面特征消失的两种基本情况,并给出了对应的处理方法;最后以UG软件为平台,通过工程实例,说明曲面特征消失的处理方法是可行的。
Auto-body design is the key process of automobile development, and the surface features disappearance appears frequently in automobile body surface design. So effective processing methods of surface features disappearance are discussed necessarily for automobile body surface designing. In the paper, the condition of Bezier surface continuity and the concept of surface features disappearance are introduced. Then, two basic situations of surface features disappearance are summed up and the corresponding processing methods are given. Finally, some examples verified that these methods are feasible.
