摘要
车身逆向设计中,车身对称曲面的光顺是整车光顺设计中的一个重要的光顺环节。结合车身A级曲面的光顺准则,提出了三种在UG中获得高质量汽车A级对称曲面的光顺方法,并以某汽车车身顶盖曲面光顺为例,对其进行了分析比较。结果表明,对称极点的方法能够快速高效的获得高质量的汽车车身A级对称曲面;匹配到对称基准面法和桥接曲面法也适用于一些曲面质量要求相对较低的车身对称曲面的光顺。
Smoothing of symmetric surfaces is an important step of the vehicle design in the auto-body reverse engineering. Three methods to obtain high-quality symmetric surfaces in UG are proposed, combining with the class-A surface smoothing criterion. Analysis and comparison are discussed by taking a certain auto-body tectum's smoothing as example. The example verified that the symmetric pole method can construct high quality symmetric Class-A surfaces quickly and finely; matching to symmetric datum plane method and bridging surfaces method also adapt to some of symmetric auto-body surfaces.
