出院前心理干预对精神分裂症治疗康复的影响

The effect of psycho-intervention on treatment and rehabilitation for patients with schizophrenia before leave hospital

目的:探讨出院前心理干预对精神分裂症治疗康复的影响。方法:对研究组患者进行出院前心理干预,对照组只作一般性告知,用SANS、SAPS、SDSS评定患者精神症状和社会功能。结果:半年时SAPS评分及1年时三种量表评分,对照组均明显高于研究组,研究组疗效也明显好于对照组。结论:出院前心理干预能够促进患者精神症状的改善提高治疗效果。

Objective：The purpose of this paper is to explore the effect of intervention On treatment and rehabilitation for patients with schizophrenia before leave hospital.Methods：The psycho intervention was taken before leave hospital for study group patients that ill with schizophrenia.That other group patient was taken common information.The symptoms and social function was rated by SANS SAPS and SDSS scale.Results： The rating score of SAPS in half year and the rating score of three kind scale（SANS SAPS SDSS）in one year of study group were all higher than control group.The difference between two group was significant（P0.05,P0.01）.The curative effect in study group was beter than control group（P0.05）.Conclusions： The psycho intervention before leave hospital for patients with schizophrenia can improve the symptoms and rise the curative effect.
