中西医结合治疗慢性胃炎68例临床观察

Integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in treating 68 cases of chronic gastritis

目的:观察中西医结合治疗慢性胃炎的临床疗效。方法:回顾分析本院2006年11月至2010年11月应用中西医结合疗法治疗慢性胃炎68例,与同期单独接受西医疗法治疗的61例慢性胃炎患者作对比。结果:中西医结合治疗组总有效率92.4%,西医组79.3%,两组总有效率比较,P<0.05。结论:中西医结合治疗慢性胃炎疗效优于单纯西医治疗。

Objective：To observe the combined Chinese and Western medicine in treating chronic gastritis.Methods：retrospective analysis of our hospital from 2006 November to 2010 November application of Integrated Chinese and Western medicine therapy in the treatment of 68 cases of chronic gastritis,compared to singly accepted Western medicine therapy of chronic gastritis of 61 cases for comparison.Results： the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment group total effectiveness 92.4%,western medicine group 79.3%,two groups of the total efficiency comparison,P 0.05.Conclusions： the combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine in treating chronic gastritis is superior to that of simple western medicine treatment efficacy.
