大黄虫丸治疗肺癌临床研究

Clinical Study on Lung Cancer Treated by Dahuang Zhechong Wan

目的通过观察大黄虫丸与化疗配合治疗血瘀型肺癌的疗效,探讨活血化瘀法在肺癌治疗中的作用及其机制。方法选择60例中医辨证属血瘀型肺癌患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例,2组均给予TP方案化疗,观察组加服大黄虫丸。连续观察2个化疗周期后,比较2组治疗前后瘤灶、症状、卡氏评分、体质量、免疫功能、血液流变学指标、内皮四项的变化情况和毒副反应。结果大黄虫丸具有一定的抗肿瘤作用,能改善患者临床症状,提高生活质量,减轻化疗毒副反应,调节细胞免疫功能,改善肿瘤高黏滞状态,调节血管内皮因子。结论大黄虫丸治疗肺癌疗效明显,具有增效减毒作用,是活血化瘀法治疗肿瘤的有效方药之一。

Objective By studying the effect of Dahuang Zhechong Wan combined chemotherapy in treating lung cancer,discuss the effect of activating blood and removing stasis on lung cancer and its anti-tumor mechanism.Methods Sixty patients with lung cancer were randomly divided into two groups,30 patients in the treated group were administered with Dahuang Zhechong Wan and chemotherapy（TP regimen）,30 in the control group with chemotherapy alone.After observing two consecutive cycles of chemotherapy,the changes of tumors,symptoms,KPS,body weight,immune function,blood indicators,endothelial four indexes and toxicity degree of two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results Dahuang Zhechong Wan had some anti-cancer effect,can improve clinical symptoms and quality of life,and reduce side effects of chemotherapy,regulate cellular immunity,improve tumor high viscosity state,regulate vascular endothelial factor.Conclusion Effect of Dahuang Zhechong Wan is obvious in treating lung cancer,and has the effect of efficacy-enhancing and toxicity-reducing.It is an effective prescription of activating blood and removing stasis in treating cancer.
