多级缸小加强环的优化设计

摘要 针对缸径为180mm的多级液压缸小加强环的结构特点对其进行了优化,首先运用一维仿真软件Amesim对多级缸内部液压情况进行计算,再把峰值压力加载在相应三维模型上,并在ANSYS软件中进行了应力分析。结果表明,现用结构存在材料浪费的现象,优化后的结构重量较优化前减轻了34%。 The small stiffening ring of φ 180mm multistage cylinder in allusion was optimized according to its characteristic. First the internal pressure of multistage cylinder with one-dimensional simulation software Amesim was computed, and then the load on top pressure to relating model was added, then stress analysis with ANSYS was performd.The results show that existing model has material waste, and the weight was reduces by 34% using optimizing model.
