基于CATIA三维设计优势,将消防车各功能部件按照装配依从关系,以父子关系的方式建立一个桌面布局平台,在关键装配体的布局文件中建立子部件的定位平面、控制草图,以便在整个设计过程中对产品及各部件进行控制管理、调整结构布局、更改产品造型、测控载荷分布、优化设计方案等,达到高效、准确、优质的设计效果。
Based on the advantages of CATIA three-dimension design, a desktop layout platform for each functional part of fire engine was established according to assembly compliance relation by filiation mode, and a orientation plane and control sketch of sub-parts in layout file of key assembly body was built for convenience managing product and all the componets. This help conveniently adjust configuration layout, change product shape, monitor and control mass distribution and optimize design scheme to get a highly efficient, precise and high quality design effect.
