成年人电子体温计测量额温与水银柱体温计测腋温相关性研究

目的：探讨电子体温计与水银柱体温计在成年人中测量值的差异性，并初步确定电子体温计测定成人体温的正常值。方法：采用自身对照研究的方法，对同一受试者，同时采用电子体温计测量额头温度，水银体温计测定腋下的温度，比较两者的差异和相关性。结果：200人接受了体温检测。测电子体温计测量的额头温度，平均体温36.22℃，低于水银柱腋下体温平均体温36.54℃ ℃，2种体温计测量的温度有很好的相关性。结论：电子体温计测量的额温低于水银柱体温计测量的腋下温度，电子体温计确定发热的界值有待进一步确认。
