Policy and strategies analysis of Hebei province to promote the employment of graduates

大学生就业难是经济建设和社会发展过程中必须面对的问题。文章分析了河北省大学生就业的严峻形势和大学生就业的现状,阐述了河北省在促进大学生就业中存在的问题,提出了从转变就业观念、提升政府服务能力、加强高校自身建设、用人单位树立正确人才观等方面促进大学生就业的对策。

The problem of graduates employment difficulty must be faced in the process of economic construction and social development. The status of severe employment situation and employment of graduates in Hebei province was analyzed, and the problems in promoting graduates＇ employment were elaborated. Changing concept of employment, improving government service ability, strengthen the university＇s own construction, and the employer establishing correct view of talent as strategies to promote graduates employment were proposed.
