非农参与对农业技术效率的影响:农户层面的新解释

Study on the Effect of Non-farm on Agricultural Technical Efficiency: A New Explanation at Household Level

使用农户模型侧重解释其间接影响,并利用陕西秦岭山区的调查数据验证了这种新的理论解释。实证结果表明:非农兼业户的农业技术效率较高且相对稳定,纯农户的农业技术效率较低且受到家庭结构等因素的制约;有关农业技术效率的政策应当考虑这两个途径的影响。

Using data from a recent household survey in Qinling,the result shows that： the efficiency of non-farm activity is high and stable;human capital and social capital are important for the household＇s participation in farm activities,which should be considered in relevant policy making.
