青少年篮球运动员战术意识培养研究

On the Cultivation of Sense of Tactics in Juvenile Basketball Players

通过对篮球运动及其相关因素分析认为,篮球意识的培养需要长期训练、比赛的积累,战术意识的形成并非一时之事,它需要有较长时间的潜移默化的熏陶才能形成。培养篮球运动员的战术意识就必须从青少年抓起,只有这样才能有效形成这一意识。

Through an analysis of the sport basketball and its relevant elements, this paper probes into the approaches to cultivating sense of tactics in young players and puts forward opinions on improving teaching and training and improving qualities and skills of young players. The form of sense of tactics needs long time of practice and nurturing and should be carried out in young ages in order to realize this objective.
